Sales Operation Assistant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or any related field
- Proven working experience in sales operation process
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Able to work on their own initiative and adaptable
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete on a timely basis
- Administrative support experience is a plus especially for the sales team
- Experience in a wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage
Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate with sales operations team to ensure orders ship according to schedule
- Monitor order shipment progress and report any issues to the sales team if necessary
- Receive and process invoices and purchase orders as per the sales team request
- Assist with the ordering and shipping of merchandise and related sales materials to the clients
- Handle any special projects as required by the sales operations management team
- Receive and process orders and inquiries for both internal and external customers
- Consulting with customers to process shipment as directed by customers
- File all orders and sales related correspondence for management and audit requirements
- Processes orders and identify the correct products using the existing sales operation system
- Ensuring the orders are delivered to the original promised date stated in the quotations at the time of ordering
- Update customers on order status and advise them on out of stock lines and delivery dates against them
