Quality Control Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Associate’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or any related field
• Proven experience as a quality control staff or similar role
• Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach
• Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
• Experience in wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage

Job Descriptions:

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of products
• Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
• Notify supervisor and help to analyze and correct the problems
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Discuss inspection results with the superior and those responsible for products
• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
• Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
• Check products by sight, sound, or feel to locate imperfections such as cuts, scratches, missing pieces, or crooked seams
