Office Staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Communications, Office Management, or any related field
  • At least have an experience as administrative secretary
  • Ability to accept and understand instructions
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Outstanding communication and dealing abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • With integrity and always considering confidentiality
  • Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands, prioritize tasks, and workload

Job Descriptions:

  • Attend meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Handle confidential documents and ensuring that they remain secured
  • Maintain electronic and paper records to ensure information is organized and easily accessible
  • Assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Organize and maintain the executive’s schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently
