Office Staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Communications, Office Management, or any related field
- At least have an experience as administrative secretary
- Ability to accept and understand instructions
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Outstanding communication and dealing abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- With integrity and always considering confidentiality
- Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands, prioritize tasks, and workload
Job Descriptions:
- Attend meetings and take detailed minutes
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Handle confidential documents and ensuring that they remain secured
- Maintain electronic and paper records to ensure information is organized and easily accessible
- Assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- Organize and maintain the executive’s schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks
- Contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently
