HR Officer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology or any related field
  • Proven experience as HR Officer or other HR position
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and work accurately
  • Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Answer employee questions and addressing employee concerns with the company
  • Explain and provide information on employee benefits, programs, and education
  • Organize and manage new employee orientation and training programs
  • Recruit and interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
